If you experience a connection bug, the Support Team may collect the information related to the Apps version, operating system, device type and time zone for troubleshooting.
To provide stable service for our users and fix bugs, we use information-gathering modules from third parties that are independent of the functions of the Application and Services. We integrated the Firebase SDK and the AppsFlyer SDK. If not, we cannot guarantee the product quality and user experience.
We may obtain the wallet address for smooth progress of the events and safety of the wallet. Be assured that the wallet address does not reveal personal information.
We store our users` information on servers within the EU. Data processes are automatically done in the cloud.
